SCHEDULING SESSIONS
I look forward to working with you where ever you are on your healing journey. We can tailor each session to meet your needs in the moment. All sessions are on a sliding scale from $45-$100. Healing should be accessible for all and I can work with you to make sure nothing gets in the way of you accessing support from me. Healing Therapies
WHAT I DO
HERBAL CONSULTATIONS
Plant Spirit Medicine
During this two-hour session we will explore together your emotional, physical, and spiritual well being to holistically address your healing goals. We will work together to understand your health history, current state of being, and intentions. You will leave with intial healing recommendations of plants and therapies and a detailed list of recommendations will follow within a week.
PLANT SPIRIT MEDICINE & ENERGY HEALING
Hands on Healing Session
This hour and a half session combines healing touch, guided reiki life force energy, herbal oil massage, medicinal plants and crystals to provide a deeply nourishing container for healing. Mary will journey into what the body and soul are needing for healing, communicating with the physical, emotional, and soul bodies. We will both be listening to what your body wants to tell you. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with specific recommendations for self-care therapies and herbal recommendations.
CEREMONIES FOR HEALING
Rituals, Prayers and Connection
Ceremonies are a wonderful, healing way to move through life transitions whether joyful or painful. I am a ceremonialist using the four directions and nature's rhythms for guidance. We will co-create the ceremony together to support your goals for healing and transformation.
WORKSHOP AND CLASSES
Knowledge is Power and Empowering
Learn about Plant Spirit Medicine and the elements in interactive, healing spaces. Classes are offered at the Boston Nature Center In Mattapan and are often themed around the seasons. WHO I AM
My name is Mary and I am so excited by the potential to work with you. Welcome! I am a lover of the world with a deep connection to nature, the elements, and the divine. I work with these through plant spirit medicine and energy work. I completed my three year training in plant spirit medicine with the Gaia School of Healing in Vermont and began my herbal studies in Malawi studying with ANAMED while in the Peace Corps. I also am an advanced practitioner of Reiki and completed training in trauma informed yoga and restorative justice. I dream about liberation daily and how to make that a reality for all beings. I am a community organizer with Showing Up For Racial Justice. My goal is to help empower people to remember their innate power and connection to all and I believe healing our wounds is critical to this. I am based in Boston, MA.
